| It was a charming hotel and in a great location, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast was very good, friendly and helpful service. The room was small. I would recommend this hotel. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza Trier. It was within walking distance to most sights and the hotel staff was wonderful. They even let us check in super early in the morning so it was really great to get our luggage taken care of and start our sight seeing! Highly recommend!! |

| Pleasant, modern hotel with friendly and welcoming reception staff. Excellent location in the centre of Trier. The room was fresh and well-maintained, however the bathroom was a little small and I had trouble getting the room warm enough. I didn't pay for breakfast when I booked but paid for it one of the mornings I was there: 17 EUROS pp, for a fairly average breakfast, is quite expensive in my opinion. That said, I would happily stay here again. |

| Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. saubere Zimmer, nur der Teppichboden in den Fluren und Zimmern bedarf einer Auswechslung. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, guter Kaffee, nur am Sonntagmorgen Gedränge und Platzmangel da jeder Gast zur selben Zeit am Frühstücksbüffet erschien. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es fehlt einfach ein Schwimmbad. |

| Receptionist was not very friendly. We booked a room for 3 (2 adults and 1 child) and when we went to our room there were 2 single beds. Back at the reception we were told that the bed for our son would be brought to the room 'sometime' later and in a very irritated tone. Hotel is very nice but I got the feeling that small people were not so welcom e. |
